Introduction

The W.A.Y. Project (TWP) is mindfulness community dedicated to the creation of World Peace, one world at a time. The great thought leader Mooji put it aptly when he said, “There is only one earth, but there are 7 billion worlds.” Because each individual is living in their own WORLD, WORLD peace and INNER peace are flip sides of the same coin. The goal of TWP is to raise awareness about both what it means to have inner-peace and, the methods for the attainment of inner-peace; provide a safe and non-judgmental environment for mindfulness training and other vehicles for self-exploration; and provide a community of like-minded individuals to share and grow together.

What’s in a Name?

W.A.Y. stands for Who Are You? In other words, we are The “Who Are You?” Project (the What Are You Project works as well). Every workshop, Satsang, coaching session or group meeting facilitated by TWP will focus specifically on the inquiry that is triggered by this question... Who are YOU? Although every mind has a natural desire to know the answer to this question, the individual human mind does not have the capacity to know the answer to this ancient inquisition. In fact, the answer is not an answer at all; it is an experience. You can only experience who (or what) you are when the constant questions of the mind cease to be a distraction. In other words, you are not who your mind tells you you are. You are not anything phenomenal that can be learned or described. You are not the roles that you play in life. You are not the conditioned mind movement we call thoughts. Nor are you the emotions that the mind movement creates. Who/what we are is only revealed. It is revealed to those who have the proper guidance, and the requisite level of humility to “Be still and know…” The W.A.Y. Project was started in an effort to offer that guidance. Who are you?

What’s is Mindfulness?

To put it simple, mindfulness is acute Self-awareness.  Mindfulness can also be described as an abiding and detatched, present-moment awareness of one's own thoughts and emotions.  Those who practice mindfulness cultivate a habitual, inward, attentiveness that awakens them to their true nature.  With the right guidance, along with humility and practice, this results in a sense of inner-peace that the bible refers to as, "a peace beyond all understanding."  The W.A.Y. Project has helped hundreds of people discover this inner-peace.  If you are seeking peace of mind by way of truth and inner-guidance, you have come to the right place.
