Second Saturday MINDFULNESS WORKSHOP

What Is MINDFULNESS?

Mindfulness is a state of active, open attention on the present. When you're mindful, you observe your thoughts and feelings from a distance, without judging them good or bad. Instead of letting your life pass you by, mindfulness means living in the moment and awakening to experience.

Those who practice mindfulness live a life of peace and contentment.  Mindfulness also enhances one’s spiritual sensitivity and reduces stress and anxiety.  Furthermore, a mindful lifestyle is accompanied by an abiding sense that ALL IS WELL.

Mindfulness is the most natural and efficient way toward emotional and psychological healing.  The only prerequisite to peace of mind is a humble heart.  If every human practiced mindfulness, the world we share would be a better place.  If YOU practice mindfulness, YOUR world will be a better place.

Mindfulness and Meditation

Meditation is a tool that is used by those who practice mindfulness.  Mindfulness is a way of learning the mechanism of the mind, which in turn, facilitates a more effortless and revitalizing meditation experience.

Several people who have struggled with meditation have reported, that after attending the TWP Mindfulness Workshops, they no longer dread mediation.  The workshop simplifies and demystifies meditation.  As Mooji puts it, “Don’t disturb the natural silence of your being.”  This workshop is designed to help people realize that their Being, when left undisturbed (by constant mind movement), is ALREADY silent, still and at peace.
